Miro roasts its own beans daily on site, and the shop is built as much around the production side of the business as the counter service, with the roasting equipment visible rather than tucked into a back room most customers never see. Bags of the day's roast, along with house merchandise, are sold directly from the attached shop, making this one of the more transparent roaster to cup setups in the city.
