Set inside a former factory building now shared with Impact Hub coworking space, in the Gewerbeschule pocket of Kreis 5 near Limmatplatz, Auer & Co. was one of the earlier Zurich cafes to build its entire program around rotating outside roasters rather than a single house roast — an industrial-loft space with exposed brick and a wooden courtyard terrace that doubles as overflow seating in good weather.
