Teneo Coffee Shop

Teneo has run as a family business next to the Trešnjevka market since 2009, and it's commonly cited as the first place in Zagreb built specifically around specialty coffee rather than the standard cafe menu. Alongside serving cups from a bright yellow cabin storefront, the operation doubles as its own small roastery and runs a barista school out of the same address.

Hours stay tight, morning through early afternoon only, which keeps the shop close to its neighborhood roots rather than stretching into an all day destination. Dogs are welcome, and outdoor seating spills onto the square outside.
