Monocycle

A cappuccino with leaf latte art in a yellow cup and saucer on a dark table beside a perforated metal chair

Monocycle opened as a compact counter on Kneza Mislava, exclusively pouring beans from Croatian micro roasters rather than importing from abroad. The street terrace looks out toward the trams and the Croatian Association of Fine Artists building, a people watching spot as much as a coffee stop.

Coffee service runs through early evening, after which the same room shifts into an aperitif bar, one of a handful of Zagreb addresses that treats the switch from espresso to cocktails as a normal part of the day rather than a rebrand. Closed Sundays and holidays.
