Four Wheel Coffee Roasters

Karlo Purić roasts and pours from an upper floor of an unmarked building near the Kvatrić farmers market, a location plain enough that regulars still describe finding it the first time as half the fun. What's inside is a working roastery built around V60 pour overs, the method the shop has become best known for in the city.

The room doubles as a panoramic city lookout on a clear day, one of the few specialty counters in Zagreb where the view competes with the coffee for attention. Weekday mornings run early and end by mid afternoon, and the shop closes entirely on Sundays, keeping the rhythm closer to a working roastery than a full day cafe.
