Qieting Coffee

Qieting sits in a quiet lane at Taiyangmiaomen, opposite a China Minsheng Bank branch inside the old Baoji Alley residential compound, a short walk from Xi'an's south city wall. The stretch is one of the residential pockets locals still call home, tucked behind the tourist routes that circle the wall, and Qieting keeps a low profile inside it, closing every Tuesday and running the counter on whatever the day brings.
The hand poured coffee changes selection daily alongside a cake baked fresh each morning, so the counter shifts session to session rather than staying fixed. Beyond the pour over, the drinks list runs through iced lemon coffee, cold drip, flat white, dirty, caramel macchiato, and latte, giving regulars both classic espresso drinks and rotating single cup options in the same small room.
