Nono Coffee

Nono Coffee sits on Dongmutoushi just off Nandajie, a short walk from the Bell Tower in the center of old Xi'an, in a room built around a retro look that leans toward 1950s style furniture and signage rather than the minimalist wood and concrete common to newer specialty bars in the city. It has run long enough to predate much of Xi'an's current coffee boom, aiming at a younger crowd looking for a central, informal spot to sit.

The drinks list draws on a wide selection of imported coffee alongside dessert leaning specialty drinks, including a tiramisu flavored coffee and a peanut butter smoothie that sit next to the standard espresso and pour over options. The mix of straightforward imported coffee and sweeter specialty drinks keeps the counter busy with both coffee focused customers and people stopping in for something closer to a milkshake.
