Jinxiaoman Coffee Studio

Jinxiaoman Coffee Studio sits on Defu Lane, a narrow street inside the old city wall in Beilin District that has become one of Xi'an's main clusters of independent coffee shops. The studio is run by Jin Xiaowan, a well known figure in the city's coffee circle who works as both a shop owner and a coffee trainer, and who has served as an international judge for Cup of Excellence competitions.

The studio format keeps the focus on brewing and training rather than a large food menu, with Jin Xiaowan's judging and teaching background shaping the coffee program behind the counter. Sitting inside Defu Lane puts the studio among Xi'an's longest running independent coffee addresses, a street that has drawn coffee shops for years before the current wave of specialty openings around the city.
