Cafe Unido La Cosecha

Cafe Unido keeps a counter inside La Cosecha, the Latin American market hall in the Union Market district, where the Panamanian coffee company serves its roasts from morning until evening. The company was founded in 2014 as Panama's first specialty roaster and cafe, and it builds its menu around single origin lots from producers in the Panamanian highlands.

At the counter the team makes espresso drinks and filter coffee from those lots, with the same attention to origin and roast that guides its larger cafe in Shaw. Whole bean bags roasted in Panama are available to take home, and a coffee cart can be booked for events. The counter keeps long hours, closing later on Friday and Saturday evenings.
