ROST Microroastery & Café

ROST has been roasting in Warsaw since 2021, and in 2025 it brought the whole operation to Grochów with a cafe built around a microroastery on Kobielska street. Visitors can watch the beans being roasted while they sip, on an electric Stronghold roaster that was a first for a Polish cafe, led by head roaster Kuba Paul with a developed but terroir led roast style.

Sustainability runs through every detail, from compostable paper and corn starch packaging to a zero emission electric delivery van and renewable energy. The menu pairs carefully brewed filter coffee, including Hario Switch brews, with a strong brunch, and the room welcomes families, dogs, and wheelchair users alike.
