Noble Coffee

Noble Coffee is a small family roastery run by Marcin, the head roaster, and Ula, who looks after the roastery and cafe team, and the Bielany cafe is the natural extension of their roasting room. Every coffee poured is one of their own, 100 percent arabica from farms in Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Kenya, and beyond, roasted in small batches in Warsaw.

The menu runs from classic espresso to pour over and moka pot coffees, with matcha, breakfasts built from local ingredients, and desserts with or without sugar. The pace is deliberately unhurried, and you can take a bag of your favorite roast home, whole bean or ground.
