Vogel Kaffee

A neighbourhood coffee shop in the Nordbahnviertel that pairs specialty coffee with homemade cheesecake. It sits in a brick fronted corner of Bruno-Marek-Allee, with a hanging sign, large windows and an A frame board out on the pavement, a few minutes from the Praterstern and the Austria Campus.

The drinks run from espresso and filter to cold brew, and the beans sold under the Vogel name can be bought in the shop or through its own web store. Doors open at 07:30 on weekdays and 08:30 at the weekend, and the counter keeps going until 17:30 every day, so it is also a handy late afternoon stop. The street runs through a district built on the former Nordbahnhof rail yards, so the café serves residents and office workers alike.
