POC People on Caffeine

A small coffee laboratory in the annex of a church in Josefstadt, where the same bean can be tried several ways. Alongside espresso the menu runs to filter, cold brew and siphon style brews.

The room doubles as a place to learn: brewing equipment is on sale and tastings are held for anyone curious about how method changes the cup. The shop keeps weekday hours from 08:00 to 17:00 plus a Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00. It is closed on Sundays. Josefstadt is the smallest of the inner districts, known for quiet streets and its theatre, which gives the shop a village feel.
