43.12 Coffee

43.12 takes its name from the coordinates of its first shop, this brunch and specialty coffee room on Preslav street in central Varna. It has since grown into a small group with further locations in Varna and one in Sofia. The building has a yellow facade, a long bench with stools along the pavement and tables that spill out onto the street.

The team's stated mission is to introduce more people to specialty coffee culture, from the fruit on the tree to the cup. Brunch is served daily from nine until five and the menu changes from time to time, while events range from mimosa brunches and guest chef pop ups to DJ sets. The Snack! coffee brand, started in 2019, sits alongside the cafe and its beans can be taken home.
