Timbertrain Coffee Depot

The open industrial room of Timbertrain with a black counter under tall steel framed windows, a black and white striped wall, black stools and tables on a concrete floor, and customers at the counter

The Depot is the working heart of Timbertrain Coffee Roasters, a corner warehouse at McLean Drive and Frances Street where the roasting, cupping and experimenting happen in full view. Black and white striped walls lead from the bar back into the production space, and wooden bleacher seating at the front lets you watch the day unfold while you sip.

Timbertrain sorts its coffees into three families, Classic, Curious and Wild, so there is an easy way in whether you want something familiar or adventurous. The Depot also hosts cuppings, classes and roastery tours, which makes it a friendly place to learn how a coffee goes from green bean to cup.
