Pallet Coffee Roasters

Pallet's Railtown location doubles as the company's headquarters and roastery, built inside a steel foundry building that dates to 1923 and still shows its industrial bones, exposed beams, big factory windows, and enough open floor for the roasting equipment to sit in view of the counter. It opened in this form in 2019 as the brand's production hub, moving well past its original single cafe footprint.

Coffee here comes from origins including Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and Brazil, roasted on site and sold by the bag alongside a subscription program with adjustable delivery and standing discounts. The Railtown room also functions as a training space for the company's baristas, and keeps weekday only hours, closed on weekends while its other Vancouver locations stay open.
