Noct. Coffee

Warm globe pendant lights and tall windows inside Noct. Coffee on Main Street, with the black Kees van der Westen Spirit espresso machine and a stack of white cups on the bar

Noct. grew from online coffee drops into a Riley Park cafe in spring 2026, taking over the bright, tall windowed corner space on Main Street. A Stronghold S7X roaster and two sample roasters sit in a nook behind the bar, so the beans on the menu are profiled, cupped and scored a few steps from where they are poured. Espresso comes off a Kees van der Westen Spirit machine, and filter coffee is brewed on Hario Switch brewers.

The room is split into relaxed zones, from a long communal table and private booths to a corner set aside for studying and working. The whole team is paid a living wage and the cafe is tip free, with a zero proof signature drink list that borrows its ideas from speakeasy bars, plus matcha lattes and pastries from visiting bakers.
