Flying Bean Coffee

In 2018 an old printing factory in Arrancapins became Flying Bean, a coffee shop where industrial bones meet warm wood tables, exposed brick and walls dressed in green coffee sacks from the farms that grow the beans. The long, light filled room runs from the street all the way back to a plant filled corner, welcoming everyone from neighbors on a midmorning break to people settling in for the day.

Flying Bean began roasting its own specialty coffees in 2020 and pours them alongside guest roasters from around Europe to keep the selection fresh. A rotating lineup of single origin beans is sold by the bag in store and online, and simple breakfast, lunch and sweet options sit beside the espresso bar. A coworking space, coffee courses, books and events make the shop a real hub for Valencia's coffee curious.
