Cult Café

Katarina from Beirut and Luis and Virginia from Venezuela opened Cult Café in autumn 2021 on a quiet street tucked behind Valencia's city hall, with Luis leading the coffee bar as head barista and Virginia shaping the kitchen. Their idea was simple and generous: make a place where people can learn what good coffee tastes like just by sitting down with a cup.

The bar pours espresso and milk drinks alongside batch brew, V60 pour overs and cold brew, plus an espresso tonic with grapefruit for hot afternoons. Toasts and sandwiches come on organic sourdough, with vegan options marked on the menu and a regular crowd of office workers, neighbors and visitors from the nearby old town.
