BOSCON Coffee Roasters

Boscon is the work of two Argentine cousins of Italian descent, Aldo and Leandro, who left more than a decade in engineering behind to start roasting in Valencia in 2022. The name comes from a village of about forty people in the Veneto where their ancestors lived, and in Italian it means forest. A trip to the coffee farms of Colombia in 2016 shaped how they work, and every bag carries the traced origin of the coffee inside.
Roasting happens on a Probat P12 in small weekly batches, with a catalogue that leans on Latin America and East Africa and shifts with the harvests. The coffee bar in El Pla del Real is a roomy space with a large terrace, and seats are given out on a first come basis because the team does not take reservations. Freshly roasted bags are sold at the counter and online.
