Keen Coffee Bar

Bonne Postma and Joris Goossens founded Keen as a roastery in 2016, and the Ganzenmarkt bar has grown into an elevated tasting space built around reducing distraction rather than adding to it. Housed inside a restored Dutch house, the room centers on a big horseshoe shaped bar that looks out over the square, with the latest brewing gear on hand for anyone who wants to taste through the full range.

A second, larger Roastery Bar & Shop on Tractieweg in the Werkspoor Quarter now handles most of the actual roasting, leaving Ganzenmarkt to focus on the tasting side of the business. Weekday only hours keep the bar close to a working week rhythm rather than stretching into weekend tourist traffic.
