Fufu Coffee Studio

Vicky and Michael opened Fufu in February 2025 on a small square bordering a canal, building a menu around fruit forward, process driven coffees that put the terroir and farming technique behind each lot front and center. Matcha gets equal billing alongside espresso, poured with the kind of care that's made the shop something of a destination for Asian influenced drinks in a city that doesn't have many.

The minimalist interior mixes natural materials with a dedicated vinyl corner, warm rather than stark despite the pared back design. Exotic pastries round out the menu, meant to be paired with one of the shop's signature coffees rather than eaten on their own.
