One of Turin's newest specialty openings, Dapper Coffee launched in January 2025 in Vanchiglia with a look reviewers describe as Nordic design meeting South American warmth — a custom 93-centimeter counter and stadium-style seating give the compact room an unusually considered layout for such a new shop. It doesn't roast its own coffee, instead sourcing from Santaromero (the Colombian single-origin specialist elsewhere in this guide) alongside other roasters including Nowhere in Milan and D612 in Florence.

Vanchiglia sits just across the river from the city center, a quieter, more residential counterpart to the denser Quadrilatero Romano, and Dapper's arrival there signals the specialty scene spreading beyond Turin's most obvious central blocks.
