Artifact

Artifact runs what it calls a 'coffee library': roughly twenty coffees sourced from ten plus different roasters at any given time, including Ialty Coffee and Wide Awake Coffee, with beans frozen to preserve freshness rather than left to stale on a shelf. It doesn't roast its own coffee, functioning instead as a curated, rotating selection point in Turin's Quadrilatero Romano, the dense grid of streets around Via Garibaldi that forms the oldest part of the city's center.

The room itself leans minimalist and educational, laptop friendly and welcoming rather than precious about who's using the space for what. Dogs are welcome too. Freshly roasted bags are sold to take home directly from the rotating library on offer.
