Conway & Co.

Mark Conway left a career in graphic design to open Conway & Co in Tullamore in 2019, running it largely as a one person operation, and moved the cafe to its William Street premises in 2022. Its first home on High Street was a minimalist plywood room that Mark designed himself, and the bar remains a small specialty coffee counter in the middle of the town.

The bar has poured Dublin roasted Cloud Picker coffee alongside teas from Wall & Keogh, with vegan treats and local products such as Ko kombucha on the shelf. Guests can sit inside or at street side seats on William Street.
