Kaffi

Kaffi was founded in 2020 by Adrian Berg, a two time Norwegian Barista Champion, and Silje Arnevik, a barista trainer and certified competition judge. The roasting itself happens outside the city in Os, near Roros, with this Kalvskinnet space serving as a small public facing coffee room where that roast shows up by the cup and by the bag.

Beyond espresso and filter service, Kaffi runs a beginner barista course with hands on espresso machine training and a monthly coffee subscription built around named single origin lots. The space keeps limited public hours, reflecting its roots as a working roastery and consultancy first and a walk in cafe second.
