Turret Coffee opened in 2013 in Tsukiji and takes its name from the turret trucks that once carried goods around the fish market. The space is tiny and offbeat, with a few proper seats and a real turret truck that guests can sit on.

Kiyoshi Kawasaki pulls the espresso himself, and the shop is known for strong coffee, a double shot latte and careful latte art.
