The Roastery by Nozy Coffee

The Roastery by Nozy Coffee is a single origin only coffee shop on Cat Street, where beans bought in growing regions around the world are roasted on the spot in a machine inside the room. It is a roomy industrial space with a counter at its centre and a terrace out front, a deliberately bold and masculine corner of the Jingumae shopping streets.

Around eight beans are on offer at a time, to drink as espresso or latte, to brew slowly in a French press, or to buy by the bag. The shop is run by the Tysons restaurant group in collaboration with Nozy Coffee, and baristas talk guests through the beans one on one.
