PHILOCOFFEA's Omotesando shop sits in the basement of Green Terrace Omotesando, a calm and uncrowded space where baristas brew in front of the counter. The brand is led by Tetsu Kasuya, the 2016 World Brewers Cup champion and creator of the 4:6 brewing method.

Coffee here is brewed with a hybrid of pour over and immersion, and the beans are roasted by PHILOCOFFEA itself. Bags of freshly roasted coffee are sold to take home.
