Nem Coffee and Espresso

Nem Coffee and Espresso occupies the ground floor of an old house in a quiet alley beside Arisugawa Memorial Park, run by the Watanabe family. A counter of old Burmese teak, a walnut table more than 200 years old and light that moves through the room give it a slow, domestic feel.

Coffee is the focus, alongside chai and a short eating menu, and the shop has a small porch with a bench. In 2023 it stood in for a cafe in the film Analogue, which was shot here.
