MÖWE Coffee Roasters opened in December 2020 on the ground floor of the Tokyo Bluebird Building, two minutes from Koenji Station. A heavy Diedrich roaster stands inside the room, and the beans it turns out are light to medium roasted single origins chosen by season.

The space is plainly furnished and built around the counter, with artwork on the walls that changes every month. Filter coffee made by hand is the thing to order, and bags of the beans are sold to take home.
