All Seasons Coffee

Jun Saito left a career making furniture to learn coffee under Kiyokazu Suzuki, once the head trainer behind Paul Bassett's Japan operation, before opening this shop with his wife Emi in Shinjuku Ni chome and naming it for the idea that something on the menu should suit every season of the year. The shop roasts its own beans in house on a small machine set near the front door, pricing hand drip coffee bean by bean and rounding out the espresso drinks with a soy milk latte for guests skipping dairy.
The all white room near Shinjuku Gyoen runs an open counter and a pastry case that draws almost as much attention as the coffee, stocked daily with baked custard pudding, seasonal cheesecake, and pastries made on site. Seating is tight enough that the shop asks each guest to keep to one drink and about an hour at the table, and the concept has grown into a second branch in Ikebukuro that opened in April 2026, with both locations exhibiting at Japan's SCAJ specialty coffee trade show in 2024 and 2025.
