RUBI Cakes & Specialty Coffee

RUBI started as a cake shop in 2021 before adding a coffee counter, and the cakes still carry the room, an imported bean to bar chocolate from Vietnam behind the L'Origine cake, among the best in the city. Specialty coffee comes from roasters in Copenhagen and Italy, ranked among the best specialty coffee in Tirana as often as the desserts get mentioned.

The signature pink toned interior gives the space its identity, floor to ceiling windows and warm lighting that photograph as well as the cupcakes do. Matcha imported directly from Uji in Kyoto rounds out a menu built as much around considered sourcing as visual appeal.
