Peaberry

An overhead shot of a white espresso cup on a warm grey concrete surface, sunlight cutting a bright stripe across the frame

Peaberry roasts and pours out of a small storefront on Nikolaou Mantzarou in the Xirokrini area, west of the Thessaloniki city center, built entirely around single origin beans rather than blends or Greek coffee. The room runs as a working roastery with a small bar attached, so visitors can watch beans go through the roaster on the same morning they get brewed and poured.

Hours stay tied to the roasting schedule rather than typical cafe hours, open only on weekday mornings and early afternoons and closed entirely on weekends. That keeps the regulars mostly local, coming in for a quick espresso, nitro or filter coffee alongside a bag of beans rather than to sit and work through a laptop.
