Cho Ban Coffee Brewers

Cho Ban Coffee Brewers runs a small espresso and cold brew bar on Ethnikis Aminis, a short walk from the White Tower and the university district in central Thessaloniki. Since opening in 2018 it has built its coffee program entirely around beans supplied by Taf, the Athens based specialty roaster, rather than a house roast of its own.

Cold brew is treated as the shop's specialty, steeped slowly at low temperature to keep acidity down and highlight each origin's own sweetness, alongside a hand brew bar for filter drinks and a straightforward espresso menu. Outdoor tables sit right on the sidewalk and welcome dogs, making it as much a quick stop for students and office workers as a destination coffee bar.
