Tigershark Coffee

Tigershark Coffee runs a small espresso bar just off the beach in Scheveningen, owned by Vinnie Zwaan and built around a laid back, surf inflected atmosphere with colorful interior touches and local artwork on the walls. Rather than roasting its own beans, it rotates through a changing lineup of respected Dutch roasters, including Shokunin, Manhattan, Friedhats and White Label Coffee, so the espresso and filter list shifts through the year.

The shop keeps its focus on quality cups over workspace culture, running as a laptop free environment that favors conversation and quick visits over long stays. It opens earlier on weekdays than weekends and wraps up mid afternoon every day.
