Loué Espressobar

Loué Espressobar pours coffee out of a sage green Citroën HY van parked on Deltaplein in Kijkduin, close enough to hear the beach from its terrace tables. The short menu covers espresso, filter, cold brew and decaf, poured with a choice of oat, coconut or whole milk, and the pastry case sticks to vegan friendly options.

It has built a following among people who work in coffee themselves, recommended by baristas, roasters and buyers rather than just casual visitors, in a part of the city with far fewer specialty options than the center. The van keeps a single set of hours daily, open from morning into early evening.
