The team runs coffee through a Marco SP9 automatic brewer alongside manual filter, and the kitchen leans into dishes like a Kimchi French toast that has become the shop's signature order.

It opened when the Dutch specialty scene was still small and has kept a loyal following since, drawing praise for its multi roaster approach rather than a single house blend. The room stays open seven days a week from morning into mid afternoon, with the kitchen cutting off an hour before the doors close.
