Ief&Ido Koffiebranderij

Ief&Ido Koffiebranderij runs a working roastery and shop on Prinsestraat, started in 2024 by two roasters who wanted to combine hands on sensory roasting with data tracked temperature, time and color readings for every batch. The team names each farmer behind the coffee and pays with traceability in mind, roasting in small batches several times a week to keep everything sold at the counter genuinely fresh.
A reusable container program lets regulars refill rather than take home another paper bag, and the roastery also runs coffee workshops in Dutch and English alongside wholesale partnerships with cafes and restaurants across the region. It keeps a shorter week than most, closed Mondays and Tuesdays and open from ten each remaining day.
