DuckRabbit Coffee Brewers

DuckRabbit Coffee Brewers occupies a corner of Molenstraat near the Paleistuinen, founded by Wesley Piket around a long, wide bar that dominates the small room. The shop favors handbrewed filter coffee over a fixed house roast, rotating in beans from different roasters through the year, and fills out the counter with homemade cakes and pastries.

The interior keeps things minimal and bright, with illustrations on the wall said to be drawn by a friend who works as a tattoo artist. It draws a mixed crowd of neighborhood regulars and remote workers through the week, closing only on Tuesdays.
