Café Drie

Café Drie opened on Goudenregenplein in the Bomenbuurt in May 2025, a small square side room that keeps its menu deliberately simple, pairing quality coffee with fresh pastries and a short lunch list rather than chasing novelty. It has poured coffee from Shokunin Coffee since opening, offering it across espresso drinks, batch brew, filter and pour over, and brings in temporary guest roasters from time to time.

The room reads as an unhurried neighborhood spot rather than a destination cafe, with regulars settling in at outdoor tables on the square when the weather allows. It closes on Tuesdays and keeps shorter hours on weekdays than weekends.
