Brewio

Brewio is a specialty coffee bar and coffee store on Arnold Chikobava Street in Chughureti, next to the Fabrika hostel and bar area and a short walk from Marjanishvili metro. It began in Finland in 2020 as an online coffee store, and founder Mikael opened the Tbilisi shop after seeing how hard it was to find good coffee and brewing equipment in Georgia.

Coffee at the bar comes from a range of roasters, and the shelves hold beans to take home along with grinders, drippers, kettles and brewers from makers such as Hario, Fellow and Comandante. The team enjoys sharing what it knows about brewing at home. It is open Monday to Saturday from ten to seven and on Sunday from noon to six, and a second Brewio in the Old Town near Meydani leans more toward coffee than equipment.
