BNKR Specialty Coffee Roasters

BNKR is a specialty coffee shop and roaster on Atoneli Street in central Tbilisi, shaped as much by design as by coffee. The Atoneli address holds two spaces, a bright White space and a darker Black space, with an orange accent running through the branding, a compact brew bar and shelves of its own roasted beans.

The bar is known for its signature drinks, among them a pomegranate Chemex coffee served as Original Red and an orange coffee, alongside filter coffee and beans in bags and drip packs. Resident cats come with the room, and there is outdoor seating. It is open every day from nine in the morning until midnight, and a second BNKR branch runs on Simon Janashia Street.
