Beanbourbon Roasters

Beanbourbon Roasters is a family run specialty coffee micro roaster in Tbilisi, started with the aim of growing coffee culture in Georgia and building a community of coffee lovers and professionals. Single origin green coffee that meets SCA standards is roasted in small batches on an Aillio Bullet R1, and the bags carry the variety, process and roast profile, with filter roasts from Colombia, Burundi and other origins.

The coffee bar on Ovanes Tumaniani Street sits a short walk from Meidan Square in the old town and serves espresso, filter and milk drinks, with a terrace outside. Bags of beans and brewing gear such as Hario V60 drippers and AeroPress brewers are also sold through the roastery's online shop.
