The Brick roasts on site inside a former industrial building in Telliskivi, Tallinn's converted creative district, built around a stated mission of tracing coffee back to specific producers rather than treating origin as a footnote on the bag. Light roasting keeps the focus on regional character, and the brew bar doubles as a flagship retail counter with a full brunch menu alongside the coffee.

Beans move through espresso, filter, and cold brew here, sold by the cup, by the bag, and wholesale to other cafes around the city. The operation has picked up international recognition beyond Tallinn, listed among Europe's better known specialty roasters in industry rankings. Dogs are welcome, and laptop users are free to settle in.
