Expat. Roasters Graha Famili

Expat. Roasters built its name in Bali starting in 2016, and Graha Famili became its first stop outside the island when the store opened here on 19 August 2023. The five floor building is the roastery's largest to date, built around a custom La Marzocco machine and a manual brew bar that runs pour over, AeroPress and cold brew alongside the espresso list.

Beans come almost entirely from Indonesian growers, blended into house lines like Patria, Nomad and Terra or poured single origin through the Rooftop Series, which rotates natural, fully washed and anaerobic natural lots. The kitchen runs all day, crossing local dishes like kimchi fried rice with brunch plates and pastries, and the roastery has pushed its sustainability work further than most, turning a tonne of spent grounds from 2022 alone into sunglasses, coasters, tie dye shirts and fertilizer through outside partners.
