Mókuska Kaffeerösterei

Mókuska has been roasting in Stuttgart West since 2014, when it opened as the city's first dedicated specialty coffee roastery. Green beans, arabica and canephora alike, are bought through direct relationships with producers and roasted on site several times a week, then pulled through a La Marzocco Linea PB for espresso or run through one of around seven filter roasts on rotation.

The corner space is small, bright and modern, with a handful of indoor seats and a terrace that fills up fast whenever the weather cooperates. Alongside the espresso and nitro cold brew, the counter keeps raspberry cheesecake brownies and banana bread finished with espresso butter, plus the cinnamon rolls regulars keep coming back for. It closes on Sundays.
