The Torsplan cafe of the Pascal group sits right beside its roastery on Gavlegatan, so the coffee on the bar is roasted a few steps away and the street smells of it. The room is compact and clean lined, with a modest number of seats and a counter built around espresso and filter.

The roastery buys coffees it can trace back to the farm and roasts fresh every week. The cafe opens early on weekdays and keeps a slightly later start at weekends, closing in the late afternoon.
