Cafe Pascal

The minimalist dining area at Cafe Pascal, round mirror sconces above a wood bench and stools, retail shelves by the counter

The flagship of a small Stockholm group, Cafe Pascal's Norrtullsgatan location in Vasastan runs a modern industrial room (exposed brick, low hanging contemporary lighting, communal tables) that reads more rustic chic than minimalist. Pascal roasts its own beans at a dedicated micro roastery on Gavlegatan and sells bagged coffee at the cafe counter, keeping the retail side genuinely tied to an in house roasting operation rather than an outside supplier.

Hours run a solid working week: open early, closing by early evening on weekdays, with a later, shorter weekend schedule.
