The flagship of a small Stockholm group, Cafe Pascal's Norrtullsgatan location in Vasastan runs a modern-industrial room — exposed brick, low-hanging contemporary lighting, communal tables — that reads more rustic-chic than minimalist. Pascal roasts its own beans at a dedicated micro-roastery on Gavlegatan and sells bagged coffee at the cafe counter, keeping the retail side genuinely tied to an in-house roasting operation rather than an outside supplier.

Hours run a solid working week — open early, closing by early evening on weekdays, with a later, shorter weekend schedule.
