Betonia

Betonia opened in February 2026 inside Volvo Studio at Kungstradgarden, a specialty coffee showroom led by barista Amanda Salonen alongside restaurateurs Tommy Myllymaki and Pi Le, the team behind the two Michelin starred AIRA and the Bobergs Matsal dining room at NK. Curved wood slat walls and a steel counter stamped with the Betonia name set a minimal backdrop for a bar built entirely around the coffee.

The bean selection rotates through guest roasters from across Europe rather than settling on one house blend, so the espresso and filter list changes week to week alongside a coffee bean cake that has become a regular order. A small terrace sits out front for anyone stopping in on the way through Kungstradgarden.
